In this machine, rubber components are inserted from both sides of a fixture using pneumatic cylinder. The inserted rubber is then scanned using a Keyence vision camera to ensure proper placement and quality.
Following this, the assembly proceeds to the next station where a pin is pushed into place using a hydraulic cylinder.
Additionally, variable data is printed through the PLC, and a QR code is generated and scanned using a Keyence scanner. The scanned data is then stored in the HMI for tracking and traceability.
We are using load cell for the data of load applied on the pin during inserting to the fixture. Then after we are also collecting the data from the load the to store the load during the function.
